- Quiet Fishing Times are on Tuesday and Thursdays between the hours 5:00 am to 9:00 am and after 5:00 pm. All motor boats and jet skis shall operate at no wake speeds to give due consideration to fishermen. Legal holidays are excluded.
- Counter-clockwise direction travel is required for all motor boats and jet skis. All water craft should stay at least 100 feet from docks and rafts.
- Sizes and Speeds of water craft should be reasonable considering the size of Brower Lake.
- Fishing after dark is prohibited without a light on the boat.
- No person shall operate a water craft while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Competent observers and rear view mirrors are required in all boats towing skiers, tubers, etc.
- Reckless operation of a water craft is prohibited.
- No standing while operating a water craft. For the safety of the passengers and operators, you must be seated. This is state law.
When laws are broken, it will be the responsibility of the Brower Lake residents to file a complaint with the authorities.
